It is true that the success and failure of any administration in a given State Government is usually credited to the Governor. Depending on the factors that are used to arrive at such a wholeseome glorification or condemning conclusion of the executive, it may be healthy sometimes and dangerous at another. Looking at governance in democracy and the stratification of responsibilities of the different arms of government, it's a grave error to always generalize that every act of government is liable to the executive arm alone.
