Yesterday, 25th March, 2025, was remarkable day in Plateau State as the state's ICT Development Agency (PICTDA) in collaboration with the Office of the Accountant General of the State commenced a 4-days comprehensive training of Accounting and Finance staff of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) as the state transits from manual (analog) operations of its financial transactions to a digital system called Plateau State Government Integrated Financial Management Information System (PLAGIFMIS). This training is to equip the finance staff of the state on the the operational use of the (PLAGIFMIS) platform, a system dedicated to bring efficiency, effectiveness and transparency in governance.
