In a grand ceremony, HRH Miskagam Jerome Goewam Leklat II has been elected as the new Long Pan of Qua'an Pan Local Government Area, Plateau State. The revered traditional leader, who was coronated as the District Head of Bwall on February 2, 1985, brings over 38 years of dedicated service to the throne.
A stalwart son of the soil, Long Pan Leklat II is currently the longest-serving District Head in Qua'an Pan LGA and one of the longest-serving Chiefs in Plateau State. His ascension marks a new chapter in the history of the Pan people, who have a rich cultural heritage dating back to the pre-colonial era.
The Qua'an Pan Local Government, located in the heart of Plateau State, has a storied past, having produced notable leaders and contributed significantly to Nigeria's cultural and economic landscape. With Long Pan Leklat II on the throne, the people of Qua'an Pan are poised for continued progress and prosperity.
