CALL FOR MEMORANDA
Following the recent constitution and inauguration of a High-Powered Committee by His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, the Governor of Plateau State to review the Structure and Performance of the Civil Service with the following Terms of Reference:
To examine the current structure of the Plateau State Civil Service to ascertain existing gaps.
Identify and review issues affecting the Service.
Compile and present a comprehensive list of Civil/Public Servants in the State.
Undertake a comprehensive needs assessment in the MDAs and make appropriate recommendations towards a robust and sustainable plan.
Undertake a peer review of remuneration from other States with a view to making appropriate recommendations.
Identify challenges affecting productivity in the Service.
Any other recommendation(s) that Government will find useful.

2. The Committee hereby calls for memoranda (memo) from the general public and relevant stakeholders with useful information, documents and recommendations that may help it execute the assignment. The memo should clearly enumerate issues likely responsible for the deterioration of the Service, any complaint(s) and how such can be addressed. 
3. The Memo which could be handwritten, typed or recorded should be submitted at the Committee’s Secretariat, Conference Hall, Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA), Yingi, Rayfield Road, Jos not later than Friday 12th April, 2024.

A motorcycle was snapped up by an unknown  person(s) in the office of the Nigeria Police Force, Kwalla . 2023: Catholics Berate Lalong Over Attempt To Drag Pope Into Politics

August 11, 2022  Concerned Catholics in Nigeria have called for the suspension of Plateau State Governor Simon Bako Lalong for dragging the name of Pope into local politics that has nothing to do with the Church. According to the group, Lalong should be punished for bringing the name of Pope and the Catholic Church to disrepute while giving his reasons for accepting to serve as Director General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council.
