AREWA YOUTH ASSEMBLY OF NIGERIA CONFERS AWARD OF EXCELLENCE ON HON. CHRISTOPHER M. WALLAT

The Arewa Youth Assembly of Nigeria (AYAN), a prominent youth group in Northern Nigeria, bestows the prestigious title "MIA BAIWA MATASAN AREWA" upon *Hon. Christopher M. Wallat,* the Transition Implementation Committee Chairman of Quaanpan Local Government Area. This distinguished recognition is an acknowledgment of Wallat's outstanding contribution towards youth and student empowerment.

The " *Youth Platinum Leadership Award of Excellence* " presented to Hon. Wallat is a testament to his remarkable achievements and positive impact on the lives of the citizenry, particularly in the realm of youth and student empowerment.

Speaking on behalf of the Youth Assembly, *Comr. Dacholom Davou* expressed their admiration for Hon. Wallat's exceptional leadership, terming him a "solution to the puzzle called leadership distinction." He further emphasized that in the vast population of Nigerian youths, especially those from the Northern region, Hon. Wallat stands not only as a mentor and role model but as a personality with a unique hallmark.

Receiving the Award, Wallat expressed gratitude to the Arewa Youth Assembly for the recognition and pledged to continue his commitment to people-oriented projects and programs despite lean resources.

He went further to say "I have always engaged our people to know their plights before we streamline our programs in line with their pressing needs. Even with a paucity of resources, we are still doing our best to ensure that our people get value from leadership," he added.

A motorcycle was snapped up by an unknown  person(s) in the office of the Nigeria Police Force, Kwalla . 2023: Catholics Berate Lalong Over Attempt To Drag Pope Into Politics

August 11, 2022  Concerned Catholics in Nigeria have called for the suspension of Plateau State Governor Simon Bako Lalong for dragging the name of Pope into local politics that has nothing to do with the Church. According to the group, Lalong should be punished for bringing the name of Pope and the Catholic Church to disrepute while giving his reasons for accepting to serve as Director General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council.
