Plateau Bloggers Congratulates Gyang Bere on his new appointment by the Gov. Elect Plateau State

Plateau Bloggers and Online Media Association (PLABOMA) congratulates Gyang Bere on his new appointment as Special Assistant (Media) to Plateau State Governor Elect, Barr Caleb Mutfwang


The congratulatory message was made know through a press statement by Ambassador Friday Bako,
Chairman, Plateau Bloggers and Online Media Association and it reads.

Recalled that On 25th April, 2023 Barr Caleb Mutfwang made his first two new appointment,


Senior Special Assistant (Special Duties): Mr Moses Nwan, mni. A retired Permanent Secretary with the Plateau State Government, a Community leader and a former local government administrator.


Special Assistant (Media): Mr Gyang Bere.
The Correspondent of the Sun Newspaper in charge of Plateau State and current Chairman, Correspondents Chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Plateau State Chapter.


The appointments were made public yesterday, 25th April by Yiljap Abraham, Director the Directorate of Media and Publicity Atiku-Okowa/Mutfwang-Piyo Campaign Council and it shall take immediate effect.

2023: Catholics Berate Lalong Over Attempt To Drag Pope Into Politics

August 11, 2022  Concerned Catholics in Nigeria have called for the suspension of Plateau State Governor Simon Bako Lalong for dragging the name of Pope into local politics that has nothing to do with the Church. According to the group, Lalong should be punished for bringing the name of Pope and the Catholic Church to disrepute while giving his reasons for accepting to serve as Director General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council.
