UniJos SUG President, Joshua Adankala Declares Free Ride For Students To Mark Birthday


Joshua Danladi Adankala, President of Students Union Government, University of Jos have declared Wednesday 9th February 2022 a "Free Ride Day" for all students within the UniJos Campus.

The free ride offer by the President of the Students Union have been clearly categorized and printed on fliers which are being shared within the campus to give guides as to the type of vehicles to enter while plying a particular route.

Adankala have proved to be an astute and competent leader in the campus since taking the office. He has always been a prominent voice for the students whenever the need arise. This time he shows an uncommon gesture by declaration of this free ride for all to join in his celebration.

2023: Catholics Berate Lalong Over Attempt To Drag Pope Into Politics

August 11, 2022  Concerned Catholics in Nigeria have called for the suspension of Plateau State Governor Simon Bako Lalong for dragging the name of Pope into local politics that has nothing to do with the Church. According to the group, Lalong should be punished for bringing the name of Pope and the Catholic Church to disrepute while giving his reasons for accepting to serve as Director General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council.
