**INSECURITY**  *: Frontline senatorial aspirant under the  All Progressive congress(APC) in Plateau Central Senatorial District, Hon Leonard Dilkon has frowned at the carnage and loss of lives and property in kanam LGA and some parts of the state in recent times. He described such incident as preposterous and barbaric at a time when people need to unite and live in peaceful coexistence with one another. He further expresses his concern and describes the incident as a criminal act perpetrated by individuals and elements whose aims are to truncate the unity that the Kanam people are always known for. He finally expressed his deep condolences and sympathises with those who have lost loved ones and properties, admonishing them to withdraw their swords and live in peace with a good heart of forgiveness and tolerance that the good people are known for. He appreciates the role the Governor and the security agencies played in trying to bring relative and  lasting peace in the area
